Anyone longing a possible gap down or quick break of 1385 with me on monday? Looking for 1497-99. And then I will look into a short for a new low or at least a re-test of the current low at 1100.

By taking into account the candlestick in the purple circle the ones around it, can't we talk about a bearish movement at least 'till the end of March?

I've always been a fan of Grayson. 9 times out of 10 he calls it like it is and does it right to the face of whomever is screwing things up. Unfortunately, he's a minority - so he often gets drowned out.

Why are you so bullish? I went back and looked- didn't find when your conviction appeared. Are you just playing both sides of the field, or are you expecting a reversal? I've noticed your trades are mainly L lately is why

and to answer that question- no. I missed the 1145 L, which I thought about taking, and missed out on ~350 pips. My reasoning being what happened at 1670....I don't want to get burned. Starting to sit in Mr. Hatch's camp, and never L the euro again. I'm getting more and more cautious of my shorts though, as the general mood seems to be that we'll find a bottom after the next leg.

1100 is too far and 1500 is near, i m thinking to short euro around 1450 for tgt 1100 with sl 1550

If I was swing trading and didn't mind some drawdown, I would have the SL at 1620 with the target being 1100-1160. 1550 still can be hit. 1600+ would be already a run towards 2100, I think.

Oh that would be perfect. SL levels of mine: 1,148, 1,168 - main one, 1,1755 (waiting with huge hammer here). Overall think we aint coming very much up. Correction could continue, but I got so massive shorts @ 1,158 if PA gets therer I hammer it down right where it belongs

That SL at 1480 is a dangerous one. Imagine you wake up with the SL hit and EU collapses after that.

I am not bullish at all...but I won't be shorting a bear break after market opens...if I can make some easy 30-50 pips on the long(hopefully) and go back to sleep before US opens. I am not leaving trades open over the day mostly and I mostly use a very tight SL, so I need to play it both ways, just shorting with low leverage and adding on the way up would mentally destroy me, I just don't have patience for that.

And I only post like 1/10 trades here, I got lazy...I mostly PM my trades to people(you know who you are), who think I know something, which I obviously don't.

I should attach a trade explorer here, but I don't really feel comfortable about that, because I trade a lot of money for some people(90% of the money is not mine) and I don't really want to expose the account or go public with it or anything.

I know mate. But I have actually made more mistakes on the end of week coz was pretty bashed down by loosing huge - i mean real huge UJ floating. So, also left few GU long stops @ 1,5368. Also pretty dangerous. I could get pretty nice gap cut. Nevertheless, those are mostly mid term trades, so low leverage. Even if gap screws me really hard, is not gonna be rough cut to my account. But, who is without mistakes throw a stone .

Hahaha. Classics. Man I am soooo afraid when someone thinks I actually know something and asks me for advice . Just lol. How can you ask 30 years old guy who has a signature stating explicitly he knows sh!t for advice? Hmmm... strange.

Also regarding trading for people... my mates ofc want to give me cash. But here comes the same story. I know shit, am barely able to survive with my own account. Yeh, it makes for rent and stuff, but I very well know if I had more cash would be such a pressure on me I would 100% screw up. Am really really afraid to give someone trading advice or to invest someones cash.

I think you would do just fine with adding more money from someone, even though I know how much more pressure it is. I mean, I lose my own money, who cares, but losing someone's else's money, that just adds extra pressure. Thats why it is important to set certain rules and no matter what happens, just don't go around them. The market will tease you many times and it will be hard, but its the only "safe" way to trade. Man, when he had that ECB drop from 1672 for almost 600 pips, it was the easiest trade of the year so far...yet I didn't get in, because it was impossible to open the trade with a pre-defined SL of 10-15 pips. I told myself not to trade major events, no matter how much potential they have...I rather make 5% per week than 300% one week and burn the account the next. Did that million times some years ago, it never leads to anything good long term. Thats why I love the asian session...its almost hard to lose money on it.

Ye but trading fundamental events without having chance to enter on solid level where you can put SL behind good supply or demand area doesnt mean that you have to risk 300%. One just adjusts risk and position size and thats it. Just saying, just becouse you need to use 200 pip SL it doesnt mean one should be scared to enter on blunt level entry if he thinks entry is justified by fundamental analisis becouse 200 pip SL byitself is not 300%. I am sure you know that, but it needs to be repeated for newbies who get scared on such posts.

I know what you mean and I have my fun high risk account for those things now, I don't worry about a SL and just get in and out depending on the PA. But I can't do the same with the people I trade for, there are hard rules we agreed on and I like it that way, keeps me more concentrated. I don't mind going full risk with $1k, but I wouldn't do the same with $100k or more.

The last ECB wasn't even fundamental, PA was screaming to short the spikes all week, it is rarely so clear, but it was not easy to find an entry with a tight SL, thats all.

The only issue I had with this specific article is that the could have been "On the way to a central-banking-only system". He sells this idea as if it was a good one... no, I'm wrong, that was what the Greek finmin proposed... different matter.
The longs in play here are quite understandable, "it has to bounce somewhere", doesn't it? Other than that, I need a reason to be in a E/U-trade at the moment.

There was price action at least on two separate feeds way past rollover ... one 1.1378 w/ low 1.1374 , the other Bid/Offer: 1.1378-1.1385 .
Personally I'd put more weight on rollover prints since that's where majority settles but this is interesting nonetheless for more often than not there's hardly any print past rollover on Fridays.

1.1397 now btw , lastprice only no Bid/Offer , so taking it with a grain of salt.
