Well Chickened out and Closed my EUR/USD sell at 1.14640 for a 15 pip profit. Probably should have held it. lol

Holding mine for 1.14 target. But will close it before NFP. Lets hope it gets there.

Did same at 1466, but hey profit is profit . Just bought some from 43, keepin it tight. Lower still atracting 1420

Morning,

Eurusd testing 1.1435/40, next level would be 30/32 and then 20/30 and 00.

But 40 most likely will be enough on normal trading if just eurjpy is unable to break 20/22 downside.

In that case range day between 40-70/80 before NFP.

EDIT: and if smart flows overwhelm eurgbp, line in the sand is 70/72 to put eurusd in danger.

Edited my originally post, that 150 was supposed to be 15*** With a profit yes.

Lots of effort through eurjpy and eurgbp. Profit taking on first and selling on latter.

May or make not euro drop some, levels on earlier post.

Given the levels in equities, NFP is not aligning for a direct proportional impact. We are breaking direct correlation with the dollar a couple of weeks ago just before the last leg down in the euro.

An inline, or a slightly miss NFP can trigger profit taking in equities, but will carry European ones making the euro also selloff via dollar after the initial reaction. A slightly better NFP may have the opposite effect and can make equities hold the highs avoiding euro to selloff via european equities holding the highs.

Overshoots/Undershoots in NFP (not expected) will be very tricky to trade. An overshoot will trigger selloff in euro but will be held below full throttle cause european equities rallying too. An undershoot which is dollar negative in theory, it will also make a selloff after the initial move but it will be also choppy because equities profit taking across the board that will carry dollar strength too...

Let see how it pans out, but not expecting a directly proportional move except in an orderly profit taking in equites (...when was the last time we had an orderly one when bastards are on steroids on the highs?... ) with a perfect inline NFP...

In any case, for the european session and pre NFP 1.150x only level to track.
