http://forexmagnates.com/alpari-uk-c...dministrators/

it might be not new this link since yesterday night but what's interesting is
...is estimated by the team that it will take them several weeks to design, develop, test and implement the website. At this stage, KPMG says there is no requirement for people who believe they have money held with the firm to submit a claim....
why don t they use the old one, or they just wanna make money out of it

it is quite simple to explain: the higher the degree of a person is, the more impractical he thinks. In KPMG's all just employees with a university degree. The blabber blabber and and have completely crazy ideas. There are theorists. No practitioner. We call such people also nerds. Conclusion: We are at the mercy of the Nerds hahaha

@ Wookey. "If your account is less than £50k you will get your money in full whatever happens" If KPMG decide to take a percentage of our funds, are you saying the FCA will cover the deficit?
Ignored
The government insurance will cover your loss up to £50k if there is not enough funds on broker's account to pay you, but I am not sure they will cover the receiver commission. It is the worst case scenario, unless there are serious irregularities with the segregated account which we led to believe is not the case here, the most likely outcome is breaking up of the client base into positive and negative parts with the sale of both, negative to collectors and positive to other broker. In that case the new broker will cover KPMG expenses and you will have your full account transferred.

after the validation process but received a mail stating based on my email I would not be affected by it and
my mail was transferred to the claims dept. I did try to ask what is the criteria of the validation process but

9 traders are responsible for about the half of $36m loss. The other half is from smaller traders, and I believe there were quite a few of them.

I think, you guys read too much into the vague text about the fee of handling return of client funds. The fee may not be more than regular Alpari withdraal fees. The rest is not connected to return of client funds as it would be administration/record keeping for Alpari business or its delinquency.
