I can give you straight down better strategy than what you use, RRs and entry precisions are up to you to define, but here is what you generally use for positioning.
Trend TF (pick TF), define up or down trend (lows highs), if up trend look for longs, if down look for shorts.
Entry: short high into supply (resistance of high), use tight stop above it (or use wide stop and use trend as SL), long deep into demand (support of low).
Use that as wireframe, the rest is up to you to sharpen.

21 Jan high to this week low. It is same at O anda chart as well including H4.

gl getting it figured out, it's not easy as one keeps thinking oh now i got it, but then you realize there is a whole other level to study and learn, then again you think ok now i've got it, but alas there seems to be always more to learn. one thing i will say, make sure you have a good broker, i know my one robs me blind for every trade. only reason i'm still there is because i have no settled on who exactly to chose for the new account.
