Always wiser to wait until Monday unless you have insider information. Anything can happen in two days and if your broker is closed it's not possible to stop any losses from increasing.

Hi,

thanks for reply. I do not intent to open a forex positon. What I need to do is to buy some USD (real money - not forex account). Of course I agree that opening a forex trade before this weekend is risky.

But buying real money does not involve any spread rik and all. What I am wondering is, that maybe Euro will make it a bit higher, after the weekend, so I could buy more USD with my Euro. Couse I think that eventually in the course of next week Euro will keep falling. But maybe there is a chance for a better purchase (now or on Monday).

You got a point Hatch but in my opinion I will take the pill that at least will, very far and probably unachievable, give a dim of light at the end of the tunnel instead of the pill that will perpetuate the stupidity and mismanagement of some corrupt and inept politicians for decades...

Greece problems are beyond the Euro despite of the noise from the politicians in Greece and Europe now. If they don't get their house in order with euros, drachmas or shells there is no way out ...

Instead of voting for the populist empty policies left or the same group of as$%$% that have destroy the country, they should make a soul searching and get a a proper new face that can finger the left and the bureaucrats in Brussels and propose a homemade real strong package for the long run...i don't see anything new coming in this election whoever wins...

And to be completely honest in the Mid and Long Run the Euro will be a lot better and stronger without the current headless Greece in it....sad but true...

It's just a gamble one way or another, nobody here is going to be able to tell you with any certainty what will happen. But if you think it'll be more favorable next week and you don't need the cash right now, then just wait and see.

1.13380 is the MAX HIGH I have before more DOWN
Will it go there or higher

We are close to 1200, 1400 is too far away, nobody cares that much about Greece. Mondays are mostly bullish during a bear trend, but since US couldn't even break 1290 today, I doubt asians will have power to do that...they might take it up to 1268-72 during the asian session, if they decide to go bull.

Greece will be the first country to leave the Eurozone in history, although everyone knows possibilities this time unlike the swiss franc shock, do you really think that the possibility of a 200-300 pip move is'nt possible?

the same people who let Greece in knowing the history of defaults are the same ones who bought their debt a few years ago. they are also the same ones who will offer restructure in a few months. to quote something i read here from a damn good looking man . "the Germans will be left holding the bag"

I'm not even sure why there's a debate on this. If you leave your money on the line with no way of managing the position over the weekend, understand that anything can happen without warning in two days and that while you may make a little money on a positive gap, you could also lose some or all of it too. Is that a gamble you're prepared to make at the craps table forex seems to be for some of you?
