During volatile times the spread might be even 5 pips, so if I set the SL to 10 pips, that might be hit during a quick spike, but if it calculated the spread in, it would instantly use 15 pips as a SL. The thing is, my scalping strategy for the asian session is very accurate, 10 pips is mostly what I need...but I would love to have the spread calculated in. Also, if I copy the same trade among other brokers with different spreads, on some brokers the SL might be hit, on some it wouldn't, by using the same SL, not calculating in the spread.

If there is any programmer here and knows what I mean, maybe you can check out this code to see if it can be implement easily. I attached the EA.

Oh i see. I am talking from my own perspective i am on quite reliable broker ICM, tight spreads, and rarely get any slippage above 50% of default spread. That means if scalping EU i dont have to bother with spread going above 1 pip.

Syriza or Golden Dawn elected in Greece; the latter unlikely.

Euro Neutral on Monday:
Current Party elected.

Well ellection will not be a big deal, maybe 100 pips move. But if Golden Dawn wins and they say they are leaving Euro zone then yes, this can be as big hit as CHF.

there seems to be a correction finally, question is do we just treat it as a pull back to short, or is it finally turning around? i know everyone is all excited about it reaching parity and as things stand that will soon be the case, but can it really happen today or tomorrow? i wish i had more experience, but it seems to me that if they don't do something to get the price going up soon, it will be too late for the euro?

Not really, economies have to change before that. And euro's economy is very weak while USA's economy is quite strong and improving.

I look at it from a different angle, as I usually do. I think it could actually be good for the EU, they are already talking about further bailouts. Some banks will get hit, that is one short I will be trading, just look at who owns their debt and you will get a good runner going on Monday if the election looks to go the exit way.

I think though that most of it is just talk, the politicians talking about leaving will probably never go through on their promises. Greece would be decimated outside the euro.

From a trading perspective, I really don't see the euro reacting that steeply if they decide to leave, if at all.

It will be precedent. First country ever to leave euro zone. If they can why Spain, Portugal etc leave? Euro zone will not be that stable ever again.

But yes, I don't think Greece will leave euro even if Golden Dawn wins.

1.1237 is a daily S1 point - important level.
