I have the next support level in my week charts at 107 . on the way down is only the 110 area.. will it hold ?

M5 suggests a bit bounce here, m15 and m30 suggest we go deeper. So bounce, sell, go.

Have a feeling it's just gonna slide. Who the hell would be buying now? Banks are stuffed full of Euros at the moment too, can't see them looking to buy any more right now - maybe even lightening up and adding more fuel to the fire.

Well the first and probably the main problem i find with that is before 911 there WAS NO Euro as such. The current and real Euro not the ecu neither the synthetic baskets before 1999 aren't of much use except for very rough academic econometric regression models reference.

Lets forget about fundamentals for a minute. If we run technical analysis in any underlying that is NEW, it will ALWAYS be poised towards the ground /sky because it wont have a vertical floor/roof reference in the past What it means that as soon we get a series of waves up or down and form the first reversal of that initial trend, 0 or infinite ALWAYS will be the target ones we get outside of the initial range which is NOT TRUE !!! especially in currencies. A currency can disappear but not reach 0 or a country and currency can COLLAPSE and dissapearr like the Zimbabwean dollar but it wont REACH infinitum.

What it means in practice for the Euro is that 0.82xx and 1.59xx it's the INITIAL opening range to the top. As you know the top was confirmed in 2008. The initial bottom of the range is there and hasn't been tested yet (0.82xx), theoretically it should be a good strong floor. Maybe not the exact to tick low but its as super strong reference because it WAS THE +/- historical and fundamental value of the euro when it was introduced...

Point being once we get this 2 strong opening range (yes opening range ...its ONLY 15 years old the euro not 100s !!!) we will have a clear marked limits for a very long long time ...again countries can disappear, the euro can split in 100 micro currencies but we WILL NEVER EVER see euro trading infinitum or 0...

You know, when I shorted the eur/usd at 1.1635 and took profit on 1.1410, I thought I had a pretty good deal.

I got nearly 200 pips after all.

And now, I'm thinking: Just what kind of MORON was I? I should've kept it or at least just moved my SL instead of takign profit.

alot of yen strength now it seems, look at it snap when gbp comes out.. i think it will be a rough ride.
