Just saying...I wouldn't want to be long ahead of tomorrow...when we can easily drop 200-300 pips within few hours.

We have been talking about EUQE for months, do you really think that every trader is going to wait for tomorrow to trade that titbit of info? The only thing we are going to trade tomorrow is what is outside the norm, the rest we have been doing for months.

There is no QE trade tomorrow, there is only the trade of the outlier.

I don't know what happens tomorrow, but with the recent downmove, for me 1615 is as high as it gets until ECB, maybe not even that.

Yeh, tomorrow will be traded only extreme X or -X of QE after directional move, well at least thats way i will approach it. Too much was priced in already on downside thats main problem.

The problem with 600Bn a year is that it only covers 15% of the 10yr paper, when the UK initiated its QE it did as much at once in an economy that was a tenth of the size, when the US started they bought all the monthly issue of MBS and then switched to all the long paper they could get their hands on. It made a difference there, it won't here.

It is too little too late and that is the crux of the problem in the EU, it has no power, authority or mandate to act when needed. This is a political easing and years from now when Draghi writes his memoirs he will say so.

Draghi is good at playing the political game, he has twice achieved more with words than action, first to "defend the euro at all cost" now with QE, both of those were achieved without putting a cent on the table. 50Bn a month is chickenfeed and if he buys the right paper he will actually turn a profit on it.

EURUSD is still in a very uncertain position, it doesn't have power to move either up or down. Tomorrow ECB meeting will add some power to one of this direction and I think that ECB will disappoint the market as it was many times so far. 100 pips up is quite possible.

nothing is certain, Mario can rise or drop Euro with hundreds set pips... only big variability is certain...

i dont understand why everyone is afraid of greek elections....

two extra brokers went on leverage limits due to this event... + i know another 1 who is going to probably announce it after ecb and others considering it...

doesnt make sense...
