I do not know...either usd weakening... or jpy strengthening... or both...
My bearish view is based on technical...
Assuming no fundamental change, my long term view UJ will go up.
But before that, I am expecting UJ to go down first my TP: 115.5 and TP2: daily sma 200.
Could be wrong.

USDJPY seems heading towards a sub-117 soon while 117.80 can provide immediate resistance to the pair. I support the bears.

Just kidding, it sounds..hm..cool to me when I say it

. Seriously, 120 was very tough for UJ to conquer so some kind of correction to maybe 110 is not so out of reality. Even if it falls to 105 the overall uptrend would be not interrupted. With yields under 2% at 10y t notes expecting 130,140 is more unreal than 110,108.. Tomorrow ECB will shake the markets so anything is possible, maybe another attack on 120 but it would be just temporary...I guess
