EURUSD fell during the course of yesterday session, but did not move very far from Mondays low at 1.1551. The pair is in a sideways action waiting for the “do or die” events the 1st one tomorrow with the ECB monetary policy and the other one on Sunday the Greek elections. So be aware of explosive volatility in the next few days.

Someone knows something for driving GU down ahead of news, especially with dollar not moving much and EU going on oposite direction.

True about Germany, sadly markets wont like or accept just the dead wood in the package that implies countries will have to putt their money where their mouth is, including a good share of it from the "healthy" countries (including Germany).

Yes the negative rates with deflation and recession put the ECB in a REAL cluster fck. Hard to call the adequate policy for the following meetings. Europe may have already crossed or about to cross the line between a temporary problem to a full blown chronic deflationary vicious circle. On the other hand, if this is true and the ECB knows the patience in terminal stage, the scenario of a massive Bazooka QE out of expectations will be wide open for tomorrow.

Hard to call but the decision (any) will tell a lot tomorrow. Its probably the most important ECB meeting we have seen ever in terms of policy implications....

have a buffer going in.... by that, I mean if you have an open position, the entry price of the open position needs to be a realistic and sensible distance from current price, if it is not I would go in flat and react to the information as it flows...

with much anticipation over tomorrow's event it could go several ways but the classic would be a quick push low before hand followed by a lift and all before the information lands....

the information has the possibility to disappoint in scale as the anticipation is so high, so we could even see a lift in EU on the announcement of QE, factor in also that whilst devaluing, QE is seen as a much needed measure to help resolve the long term situation, but overall the reaction should be continued lower EU price, but we may need to see that initial reaction play out first.

I want to see break of 572 on M1 to start shorting/scalps.

Sisse, one question: you used to post really helpful charts with weekly, monthly levels. Will you by any chance do that again? Would be very much appreciated, but I understand if you don't.

not really, I will wait to see if we get a push up higher prior to ecb now 1628 would be ok 174x best. I don't want to get caught out in low volume moves or enter in the.noise zone time has eroded those opps for me

Sorry mate. I decided to stop posting charts here a while ago. Too many free riders, too much time and too little gain for me. .

I hate saying this but too many minions in general. I don't mind about newbies learning but I hate spammers, freelancers marketers just posting to generate traffic, SEO & backlinks and especially hate trolls ...it was a waste of time and energy especially in threads like this (the RUT thread was much better place for decent conversations) that any decent post gets buried in dozen of non sense post in minutes...

In any case, I always follow a good intelligent conversation about technicals or fundamentals (or even a good humour post) so feel free to send me a PM or just open a topic in a post. I will happily follow up...
