Deutsche Bank already got convicted for manipulating, but not with respect to the EONIA, but the EURIBOR. Others as well.

I'd just rather spend my time on trading than dealing with this shit.

On one hand I hope this isnt true, but I think it obviously is based on past behavior, and your chart. If that's the case, and their after your house- I hope you take them to the cleaners.

Eonia should be a harder case to present and also to manipulate. it looks like its highly manipulated but asset liability management inside the banks really wait for the last day for reserve req and we have a spike. and thats the whole banking sector.
they just saw advantage and took it. so bankerisch

There's much more to the current "problem" on my desk than just the possible manipulation of the yield-numbers. The bank in question is preventing their customers for more than a year now to lead a normal life. They are preventing them from feeling secure because they don't do what the law supposes them to do and are constantly trying to stress the customers by not answering questions or outright lying.
The thing is, they made a mistake that cost their customers a huge amount of money in addition to the current mortgage and are obviously trying to prevent them from filing a law-suit by distracting them.

The resulting issues obviously are loss of a huge amount of money, health issues and so on. They (the customers) didn't do anything that could have made such an unacceptable behaviour foreseeable, quite the opposite is the case.

But enough now, I have to work something out.

agreed mate. maybe you can find something in chf lending and perhaps some case there. hungary and croatia i heard something. they went ag the bankers.
ill have in mind if something comes out.
refinancing is the bad solution, yes.

I thought that range would last longer but EUR/USD dropped to 1.1567, forming a new historic low - the pair hasn't dropped this much since 2003. While at this point I have little doubt that the pair will likely reach parity, I do have to wonder, however, how much lower can it drop before a more long-term correction begins?

Lets see if asians can take it up to 1625-35 for another short below 1600. Above 1645 is a good SL for shorts and not that far away.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

Agree but due to current structure i would seek only very tight setups for very small risk. Thats just me though. Break higher is possible, though overal direction on DD up is down.

I have no idea how lower the pair will reach but it is clear that the long correction is close to start.

If GU manages to break 5140 somehow, its consolidation might be finally over and another big bear run should follow, below 1.5. But until then its still too risky to short, too much of a fight.

Still watching situation about EUR/CHF ... this reminds me one rule what 1 person told me ... Never trust bankers that was awful think that some bank will hold this floor for easy trading so long ...

this looks to me as a good point to try a long:

eurusd tested todays spike low, and from that point in time a rebound took place above s3. trying to take advance of a possible continuation:

this does not change my longer term, fundamental based bearish bias, itīs just a try, placing my sl below big round number and todays s3
