How much of a percentage should 1 pip be of my account?
For example 1 pip of 100 dollar account = 1 dollar
at a 10000 mini 50 : 1 equals 1 dollar per pip.
Does anyone have a good money management rule of thumb for this?

I can only do this when I understand this percentage.

My bank roll is increasing and I need to understand this better.

I wouldnt go by percentage per pip so much as percentage of account risked per stop loss.

You should already know the rule of thumb: 2% loss max on each pair (the sum of all trades). 1/4% is even better. The more accurate your entry, the lower your stop loss, thus the more leverage you can use, thus the higher risk:reward.

So if you find your stop losses being set at 100 pips, then you shouldnt be using more than .01 lots on a $1,000 account. But if your SL is 10 pips, you can bump up to .10 lots. etc etc

Didn't do actual calculations, but they're close enough for the point

Oh, that UJ is ruining my EU trade. Also got stopped there for ,35%. Ach ach. And weekly open at EU again under charge.
Have deleveraged EU a bit for some little + and prepared to reload.
Edit: Btw, h1 didnt break open.
