i dont know how uj will play out. if it does go as the 114 chart points. then eu may bounce higher then the 1797 setup allows. probably a few hundred. impossible to say for sure. if it seems that way my eu short entries would be higher then 1926.

Yes got one long Tped. Waiting with another 830 tight stop. Currently wants to test 840 looks like. On mid TFs i am not sure on direction at moment. 820 test is possible but less likely, 840 is more.

Bbg carrying a story from sources close to discussions and who have asked to remain anonymous

JPY 37trln in new JGBs to be issued to fund fiscal year 2015;
planned new issuance for the current fiscal year ending March 31 is JPY 41.25trln;
total issuance for FY2015, including bonds to fun rollover of existing debt, to be more than JPY 170trln;
JGB issuance for calendar year 2015 likely to be less than JPY 155trln;
MOF expects tax revenue of JPY 54.5trln in FY2015;

Bbg also reports here though that Asahi newspaper carried a similar story earlier which reported that the MOF plans to reduce new JGB issuance to JPY36-37trln in FY2015, so the latest leaks are not exactly new;

USDJPY target for end of 2015, to be reach 140

think about it... fed rate hike has barely been priced into the USDJPY... the USDJPY went to 120 purely on the JPY easing momentum when Kuroda announced the Japanese Pension fund to invest abroad.

I wouldnt mind EU bellow 1 either, it would be very nice contribution to my USD based bussiness, at least help to get rid of VAT costs trough exchange advantage.

Weak currency in China is only advantage as long as there is weak internal market. Once changed China will switch to strong currency, its on its doors, de-dolarization is happening and China is on its way towards it. But final confirmation will come this year in October, will China accept SDR basket or not. If not, that is clear signal what is on their mind. As for weak currency its good for state in general, but bad for savers, good thing is Chinese are smart enough to buy gold and hedge against inflation of money printing.

As for previous post on EU i was wrong, sellers are still rocking hard 840 not tested.

you want to know why im so strongly convicted on EURUSD to go lower and lower. because the last major support was the 200SMA on the monthly chart when the support was expected to occur. since last 2 time we had a wick rejection when we touched it and we rebounded.
this time we had a monthly full body candle close below that line. along with the fundamental of a widening interest rate spread between US Fed and ECB. it tells me, that USD is only going to gain against the EURO. possibly as low as parity.... my projections.
IF USD hikes rates up to 3% where ECB still easing. EURUSD will reach parity.
if USD hikes rates up to 5% where ECB still easing. EURUSD will reach 0.9
