That could possibly be the end of wave 3 meaning there will be another big drop but must retrace some first.

Despite the fall I am not confident in selling here, this is MS1 and WS1 area good for bounce up, if that doesn't happen... well, I will have to wait for better opportunities.

Not really, gaps like this one will cause a very distorted market / completely out of sync. Basically TA will be less effective at days where the market tries to reach equilibrium again. I for one hate this gap happened and will try to stay away for one or two days (or trade crosses).

No, thats a fact, i meant the "interesting week ahead" part. Its not interesting from a technical point of view considering the market will ignore most TA at distortions/gaps this size.

i do too, which is where i will reload shorts.. but this pressure is strong right now, weird that its right before CPI data for euro and all the US data coming up

usually we see a bounce before data... not a sell off.. hmm

patience needed to enter shorts

To say the truth... i am out... just observing the train...

However, if i had been forced to make a stake NOW i would put my money on correction... lets see what the history will reveal

There has to be one, remember what happened to yen for instance, nearly 700 pips relief rally in less than 2 weeks after hitting 121.8
Dollar may get too complacent in here aswell
