{quote} Looking long term, yes, euro will fall even further, the question now remains from where ECB meets at 22nd january and QE is coming as Draghi indicated that this morning We have not been in these levels we are right now for a long time. I would suggest observing price action is rational thing to do now before we explore these unchartered waters

Thanks for the tip!

EURUSD meets its support again since June, 2010. Today's chance that the price close below 1.2000 less than 60 minutes before London close for the week is pretty slim.

Edit: Jul. 2012 almost hit 1.2000 too.

Next week FOMC, NFP and Unemployment Rate will be released. By then we will definitely see who wins on 1.2000.

Many have expected the wage to increase due to significant increase in job in the past couple months. Next week, first report on wage will be released too.

I personally is bearish on EU and would expect to see EU head into its 1.19xx zone. It would all depends on the numbers. Big week for dollar next week.

Good luck.

I'm trying to convince myself that 1.20500 will be the point of no return now that it's broken. Manufacturing PMI could not even bring price back there. Fundamentals seem still intact, Bears (like myself) are already panicing to get into the trend before we break 1.20000.

This one could have been caught from the very top but I haven't been following it.
Looking at Daily and Weekly it should continue down, wait for retracement H1 at least for short entry. I will keep an eye on it.
Cheers.

8 months ago eur failed 1.40 at 1.3992 (8 pips short)
Today, 8 months later, eur missed 1.20 at 1.2008 (again 8 pips short)
my plan is: spike down in monthly chart to 2012 lows 1.2041.That is happening right now. atm 1.2016
cycles has turned up in 2008 , 2010 , 2012 , each time fake of lower low
2014 very very likely will do this again

i dont understand what you mean. USD data came out more neg then the supposed neg forecast. 50-70pips move is pretty normal , PMI is not a market mover.
