RSI coupled with other indicators can be helpful but just RSI can have false indications. There really isn't a too overbought or too oversold if the market thinks so. Yes, I also do not believe in "overbought" "oversold" much since the market does not care most of the times. I am not much of an indicator guy, but there are as many successful methods as traders. It is like great art: One paints in oil, the other draws with his pencil, both make money.

I think I saw you at Tony's thread, right? That's the problem, he only allows longs and you follow blindly? His strategy is something special indeed, but only when there is high impact news. I agree with the idea of long only (more room up than down) but it can't be applied everywhere all the time.

According to the structure on the daily chart, the price is fluctuating inside a congestion area. We are expecting to have it fueled up to 1.2400 zone by breaking 1.2230 area. The price will be entered into the bullish case if it stabilized over the upper aforementioned level.

Your position sizes have to be equal (as many lots long as you have shorts opened).
