The thing is that SNB moves its policy regarding floor, its constantly offloading its balance sheet, probably becouse its growing so much. As far as i remember they de-floored in 2010-2011, which caused severe CHF appretiation (almost 20%, which proves my point back that if there would be no floor maintanence CHF would gain safe haven status no matter of no presence of gold backing ). Then they floored it back. 4000 was never floor, nor was 1000. When it landed near 1000-1100, they floored it back and pulled to 1.2000 floor. What was happening in 2007-2008-early 2009 i am not exactly sure, it could have been some sort of floor movement, but there was no true floor at that levels.

Jokeing aside that is good point. No matter what cristal ball one uses to predict collapse of dollar or whatever market moves, it only makes sense if you in decent time can profit of it. Otherwise you are seriously wasting resources such as time and money if you are positioning for something that might happen in decades. This reminds me on interview of Harry Dent, where he pointed out that his team was right predicting 2008 crash, becouse they were preaparing investitors for more than 20 years for it hahaha... So ye i agree...how does it help your trading? He did point out he is gold stacker which is ok. So for stacking that is alright analysis, not for market trading otherwise.
