There is a lot to this level. This is a 1.618 Ext Weekly chart, same on H4 chart, only the nature of the candles will tell us whether this is more than a bounce or not.

yup...it failed...thus still holding long...EU closed above 2495 so I am still holding long there too....don't get me wrong I still have a few shorts for each with levels to reach at 1.22xx and 1.55xx...

EURUSD rose during the course of yesterday session, but lost steam just above the 1.25 handle. A break below the yesterday low we should see sellers coming into the marker and could then head to the 1.2250. The yesterday close above 1.25 handle may trigger a short squeeze.

MaxDoom good to have you here. Nice analysis there, i am pretty much same, currently bearish , 2477 failed to bounce and eaten demand, lower bounce 2455 is also failing as i type, so currently scalping on short side.

This down move seem a preparation to move up again using fomc to test 1.25 level again..
Read the entire market, money is made on the main trend not the fluctuation

Euro is on the verge of dropping to 1.2370.

if it wants to fall then has to do it fast before FOMC muddies up the waters or else conditions are ripe for a huge short squeeze ...

This entire upmove from 1.2250 seems like most of the big player cashed in their position leaving the market temporary retracement. Holiday makes the market unable to move up or down.

1.26 is critical resistance. If this resistance break it will gives alot of information.

As long as price remains under 1.26 I will remain bearish.
