This is moving rather fast, if price breaks extension 1.618 H4 I will be looking at 114.47, that is MS1 + .447 Ret D1. Before that I only expect support at 115.30.

The past several days has seen EURUSD enter a sideways consolidation pattern between 1.25-1.24, perhaps before the all-important US CPI data out today, which is expected to heavily influence the Fed’s interest rate timeline.
As a reminder, high inflation will lead to expectations of an early 2015 interest rate raise, while low or below expected inflation numbers will push back rate hike expectations. An interest rate hike is generally seen as a positive for the currency with the higher rate.

Negative december here, everything seems too unpredictable. My impression is that the Ruble has destabilized other pairs aswell and money is now flowing into safe havens like the yen, which is in turn now strengthening.

There are just the same hints that have been in 2013 or in 2014 nothing changed, especially with Abe winning and not changing anything in terms of policies.
But dont bother with hints, you wont get them from BOJ usually. To trade QE of BOJ simply follow:
-BOJ conference
-watch for 100+ up spike on XJPY
-check report how much they want to print (compare to 2013 and 2014 for pip estimate)
-join the train (dont wait retracement)

If there is no spike there is no QE, repeat process on next conference.
