Price has broken through the monthly pivot at 9697....as long price stays below 9732.....price should go test a 38.2% retracement at 9430area....my view only....trend is your friend...trade what you see

you can make calculations all day long, but what price does might be far away from that. no offence, but markets really do not care.
any price is as good as the other (in trading - investing is totally different).
cash and carry arbitrage will eliminate "incorrect" prices during xetra session within milli-seconds. (that´s why i trade dax only when xetra is open; Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel). the rest is bid and ask with volume. we are out there in order to make money, not to be right. and as everybody knows i´m a bull so i think this drop was far beyond driven, especially the last hour xetra trading. but f.e., if there is an algo with a simple logic "sell s1 and keep it till xetra close, sl = s1" - what is wrong with this? nothing, i guess.

When you play poker at least you want that nobody cheats and uses decent cards.. in this huge trading world you can't see who is hiding the damn cards..

I know I can never prove my theory.. but I am not stupid either to sense that something doesn't fit.. some pull hidden cash or stocks into the market at those critical moments and levels.. then they slowly take it out before anyone notices.. just a theory though..

Anyway.. it is what it is... new day on Monday.. same tactics.. show must go on..

i never would say you´re stupid, although i disagree with your theory. yes, a part of the trading (dark pools) you can´t watch, but fdax volume and orders can be monitored via eurex order book and stocks via xetra order book (not that i look at this source when i´m trading, would cost me time in which price moves faster than i am able to interprete... the chart is the fastest news ticker...)

ATA, you too are right that the market can be manipulated, but we must have the tools to detect these manipulations and act accordingly. I put several examples of graphs in which the volume is crucial to open operations:

Based on my magnetic lines system.. it always gives me slightly bigger targets and normally I even downsize my calculations.. but today I pushed it even further to reach the 9582 and nope couldn't get to it at all.. the maximum target I got was 9618.. I put my SL even 8 points below it and was so sure.. but it was strongly hit.. that was the reason why I was so pissed off after the move..

Anyway.. will take these deviations into consideration starting from next week..

Hi d ,thanks ,no honestly I hoped for push bit higher and have been busy elsewhere ,but Dax I may focus all my attention to on the bear side
