Disliked{quote} Ironically i started 3 of my accounts from 100 onwards, it goes without saying these were high risk/exposure type accounts so i understand why would compare it to a casino. These 3 accounts however grew over time, so when a correct edge is applied (even to a small sample) i would not compare it to a casino right away. I needed to have a 8-10 losing streak to blow up these accounts right from the bat. That does not happen very often... Because that does not happen very often an effective edge will overshadow your casino theory. Unless...Ignored

But if your trade plan has a reason why it will return in your direction, you can add further positions. But this all needs MM and risk management. But adding more into your direction, you can sometimes get out BE (BE+1 for those who do not like to lose). Not an easy thing to do, but can work in a sideways market time.Ignored
