In terms of money that could actually be put to use, Russia’s reserves could be more than $100 billion lower than the headline figures suggest. Mikhail Zadornov, a former finance minister, said in a recent interview with Dozhd, a television channel, that the usable amount could be as low as $200 billion.

eventually yes, but I would set your stop at 180 pips just in case it falls back which it probably will

My guts telling me we'll see a nice little bounce up on eurusd as US data comes in below expectations then big fall next week with FOMC. Fingers crossed.

EURUSD
My bias remains on the downside, price tested Monthly pivot + .707 Ret H4 (1.2598- 1.2248) with no success and harmonic targets still to be completed lower. I would like to see price breaking the lows from yesterday 50% Ret H4 and passing WPP back down, both would confirm market's intentions. If price moves up I will be looking at area between 1.2431 and 1.2445 for rejection and shorts. It is important to see rejection because after retracing 50% H4 1.2370 market usually goes for extensions and that would mean 1.26, 1.618 Ext H4.
