Historically they kind of move a little bit the same. When EU is down EJ is short too, but now the new move of the Japanese central banks have made it impossible to have these 2 pairs move even resemble a move together of recent. Actually the move up by EJ has been pretty consistent to trade recently.

Neck of the HandS formation broke and we are trading below previous highs. Price is still inside an up structure and until the channel breaks to the upside shorts must trade with caution (me included) will add to this position if/when this channel breaks. 147.70 could be a level where we can see some buyer appear

i calculate H/S targets quite different from you. I take the lowest swing in that formation and with the movement in the lowest shoulder/head of the formation. On the shoulder that im calculating i look at the zones of the congestion areas on the real bodies of the candles and i get a completion of 148. so for me there was only 30pips in that move, it has a much higher completion rate than conventional H/S patterns.

from the top of the head to the neckline thereīs 140 pips using nothing but bodies. 30 pips is really low for such a big pattern plus the strength of it (being at the top of such a bullish move) can cause even further decline. I mean itīs after all a rev ersal pattern
