its unheard of here in Asia, we work OverTime and we arent even paid normal rates, thats why asians here in HK work their ass off...

Well yes, all for business, A LOT of companies do that however is it really sustainable long term? You tell me.

I think eventually all the people in china and not getting paid enough will eventually have to say enough is enough ? I dont know.
And soon enough it will be who can provide the most efficient robot that will take care of everything!

look,... for europe to get back to growth these are the stuff that needs reform....

immigration laws, to help encourage forein intellectual to go to europe and stay working in europe...
Labour laws, europe is like its gona a chronic carpal tunnel syndrome in the fact that their labour force is not flexible enough with all the work ethics, work hour limitations.... i mean.
Social benefits will need HEAVY reformation..... heavy screening before allowing benefits to be given to people.... instead of defining social benefit where retirement benefits is say 20% of your last job's income and all that bullshit...
should sound more like a benefit scheme where the worker is obliged to say contribute 5-10% of his wage on a monthly basis until the retirement age of say 65. then after 65, the accumulated amount will be then paid out on a monthly basis till the average age of death....

here in asia. for example. we start working at age of say.... 22, so from 22-65 if we pay a lifetime average of 2500 HKD per month. for example
so 65-22 years = 43 years of employment and retirement contribution. 43 years x 12 months = 516 months, multiplied by 2500 hkd per month 61 = 1.29 million HKD (i have even considered the inflationary impact... if there is, it would be less than 1.29 million)
then say for an example an average life of a male in asia is say 85 years old..... so from 65-85 = 20 years.... = 240 months..... 1.29/240 months = 5375 HKD per month of retirement benefit.....

and europe's got to stop the bullshit where perfectly capable people who CAN work are getting government benefits while they do absolutely nothing.... this has got to stop....
im reading some bullshit article that a lady in UK got pregnant then gets benefit for having a kid and no job, uses that government benefit for a boob job at the NHS... im like WTF...

what you contribute is what you get. no more no less. that is supposed to be how retirement benefits is supposed to work....
