well it might not be that crazy imo def worth consideration ,don't discount
the tend has been strong last few months but essentially we see consolidation on monthly ,
longer term I suspect it may pull back from this zone only to break this support to major tl later
most likely it will go lower than now based on weekly

Well the rouble issue is very complex. Why? IT falls yes, but why this happens? because big amount of insitutions ( all kind of) are selling roubles. What putin said days ago when he spoke in front of federal assembly? " i know who make the rouble soft" , so i could consider he may reduce the access to big institution to trading roubles or other non standard actions he is master to create 
. And in addition to the full offshore capital amnisty, rouble could recover very quickly, when billions of usd and euro could return to russia.
