it may be the charm or not. since the 2008, highest high.. before qe printing/bailouts/rate drops ect, in what should have boosted the e/usd.. its all lower highs since. it made a LL in 2010.. a b/o LL... and shortly the other side will start printing while the other tightens.

in 2008 there are only 3 monthly red candles in a row with lower closes and the close was below previous low candle... u.s. easing eventually stopped it. euro saved by the bell. after dropping 4k
the same in 2002 after 911 when Greenspan cut interest rates and told us to go shopping.. the eu rose from .82xx to 1.6,, before that it fell from 1.4 to .8... we didnt know the members were fudging the # at 1.4 or .8 then, including Germany. 6 similar candles then also. 6k pip drop. followed by 911 and artificial low interest and a 8k rise. another time saved by the bell.

this time so far there are 5 candles matching this. and the u.s. is on the higher rate less printing side of the equation. the ecb on the printing side. no bell saving in the foreseen future.

if this is taken along with the 40 year energy production trend change in the u.s. and at the same time energy production in Europe is shrinking.. oh well..

My suggestion? Find another pair to trade for a week. Way too dangerous to long and shorts need a breather

i got a little s from last week -150 pips atm st pa points to 120.71/121.03.. some possible R 120.39.. that 119.78 area is the place it would most times have problems. it did struggle some there.. i am waiting to see what forms or not here. if 120.71 fails, then 115.72 is the missed one.. half way to it 116.53
