How has shorting the eurusd with the trend been treating you?? Surely you must be licking your chops shorting the eurusd by now...

For the time being, your 1.25 is practically safe, though I can't say the same for your 1.245. You might see a temporary loss on your second trade; price can still technically reach as high as the upper 1.2400s (ex: 1.2488) while still maintaining downward trend. I'm leaning more towards 1.2420~1.2450 for the bounce, but I can't imagine the 1.2360 support being broken right now. Maybe half a day later, with the U.S. announcements, but not right now.

Of course, if the price continues to lag around this margin even within the last 30 minutes before U.S. announcements start to roll, then I'll cut my losses for my temporary longs.

In the mean while, I'm staring at my main breadwinner, the GBP/JPY. Unfortunately, it's somehow bouncing in a 10 pip range for more than 8 hours, despite being one of the most volatile and potentially unpredictable currency pairs there is.

C'mon, move, dammit. Do something.

i reload my shorts on bounces.. shorting this pair, shorting aud usd, and longing UJ have worked out beautifully for a while already...

stories of 1.27 and up bla bla are all BS imo... (not bs let me rephrase that - unlikely)

i am targeting 1.23 and lower end of the week after the ECB press conference IMO

Oh, I'm LONG, alright. I've been longing for 12 hours straight with about 10 different trades on Monday. Check out the thread "Dragon Riders" and move back a few pages; I posted my profit for the day and it was glorious.

Unfortunately....its not enough. I want another opportunity to reload my longs, hence my impatience.

By the way, what's the odds of AUD/JPY going below 100.000? Australian GDP did far worse than expected on today's announcement, but given that Japan is essentially fucked economically....do I reload at 100.08? Hmm......

Edit: Nevermind. I'll just pick at the "xxx/jpy" pairs right now. Tokyo market seems to be going long on them.

going long anything xxx/jpy is great... aud maybe one of the pairs thats gona retrace a bit giving us a chance to load longs on it.... thing is... whats scary is i see AUDUSD falling to potentially as low as 0.78.....
