Anyone who is looking for a triple bottom, please research what a triple bottom is, and the conditions necessary for it to actually fit the true definition of it.

Even if EU bounces around 1.2356, it will not mean a triple bottom reversal.

I will just point out one thing that disqualifies it in the case of EU - it is not making new highs in the context of this 7 month downtrend, and even the last push up after 2nd touch down, it could not even go as high as it went after first touch down.

Trade the bounce if you are into that sort of thing, but expect it to come right back down...

I have a quick question, if I short USDRUB with 0.50 lots, how much interest do I get at the rollover? The interest rate in Russia is 9.5% (I think). I know its about EURUSD in this thread, just a quick question.

selling a bounce myself, if we get a LL, 2467/2599.. if dragis speaks between a LL and 2467.. with a concrete easing plan. i may not get my chance to reload short like in the plan.. tp some more i already hold. with a LL and 2336,,,

To me a reversal is imminent, price is stalling just below a whole number and at the same time has reached its ADR low.

+1... ofc triple bottom doesn't mean we go 3000 pips up...it only mean the down moves are stopped for a while...

depends on your broker, go to market watch click symbols then find the pair and click on properties will tell you how much you earn in swap

Hello Every one

Nice to be here on this forum after 7 years because I have again started trading forex

EURUSD have no support since yestraday.........So it looks 1.2360 will be tested and if that breaks than 1.2300

I wonder if I should reload now, or hope for another test of the 1.2360 mark. As much as I'd love to wait a bit more and reload right on the support of the descending triangle, I'd hate for it to just bounce back up to 1.2450 a few hours later.

Any ideas?

Note: Because I know someone will ask, YES, I am indeed aware that the overall trend is bearish on EUR/USD. I'm been bearish for a long time, and am still holding onto my shorts from 1.2460. I'm only loading longs right now in order to profit from the bounces.

It's like the gravity point, a little more Advanced indicator...the Bottom and top are TMA bands(triangular moving average)

I would be very careful about any longs, this could end up hitting 1.2200 before draghi even speaks on thursday..

Okay, if you want to trade against a very decisive downward move, just because it is "stopped for a while", your choice. Hope it works out for you.

It might be it might not be. You could have said the same for past 1 month on similar daily/H4 bottoming areas, from perspective of crowd train COT perspective. Speaking from technical analysis there is nothing saying we are in trap, until price confirms it. Price structure is clearly bearish, therefore shorts are the way to go, but obviously anyone shorting here from higher TFs has to know risk he is taking on possible bounce up, even though i dont think bounce is coming (at least not above 2500-2550).

I could have, I didn't, because its not just the chart, its the day, the data, the moves, the re-tests, everything...and this move simply isn't a regular bear move, thats all. Its only what I am trading, if anyone wants to be short, be my guest. I just won't short this on the way up, because it might not stop so easily. First short I'll add will be 2600-2620, if we don't go there, I won't lose anything.
