Simply an observation & not a prediction.

4'th touch of the trendline & 1.25 resistance.

Consistent 4HR candle closes below the 1.25 & I'll look for the downside pattern... also known as trend... to continue & will load shorts.

I'm willing to bet the farm that most traders are switching to shorts now just hoping Draghi will slam the euro tomorrow for another 100+ pips

It respecting the upper bearish TL too much since drop from 2884
That TL should be weaker now

I'm with you there too. Very solid point. My only reservation with this is that it's against the longer term overall trend as well as a bearish fundamental back drop.

As I thought yesterday a more long-term correction really seems to have started for EUR/USD. Its current target still appears to be around 1.2580, though the trend remains bearish and it will likely continue its descent once the correction is over.

I wouldn't lose any sleep waiting for a serious correction here, about 200 points is all we are going to get. If you wait till the end of the month it should be erased quickly. The Euro bearishness will extend until April of next year. No idea where that will put this point wise but it will be lower, until someone in the Fed decides things have changed.

yeah i alrdy knew it will happen on monday...will not tell you how/why or even where we are supposed to go...i have important Resistance in mind... if that break then it will means ECB will do absolutely nothing good of interest... i only hope people knows why the smalls trap down move stopped at those points.
it is so important, to not trust the Fundamentals...Fx tyran must probably raging this, everything who go up makes him rage...

The two recent big drops after Draghi talks were immediately bought up in the following days. People are buying dips right now.

Howdy all,
I am trading the big picture for the first time in my life. Decided to short this pare.
How would one know when the trend down on a daily or weekly chart is not valid any more?
