maybe some resistance near 2549 or 2556 on a bounce now, wonder if its a spot for a short play, perhaps against 2575....

Isn't the ZEW essentially a bunch of economists who come together and talk about the state of the economy? Easily wrong (most economists are) and easily leaked/manipulated? Why on earth would anyone rely upon that as a good indicator?

....oh wait. I forgot. All the bulls in the EUR/USD wanted was a reason to move up. It doesn't have to make sense

Edit: My profits have been pathetically low due to the margins eaten up by the EUR/USD. Didn't want to risk any possible chance of forced liquidation; only made $178 this week. Here's to hoping I can cash in on my shorts for the EUR/USD next week

looks plausible mate - a slowish crawl up there would be best i reckon

dude have you not learned anything from he FX rate rigging thing? essentially 3 different spt traders of the GBPUSD pair work together to push the price up...

client sees bank xxx is cheaper to buy, calls up bank xxx, oh you want to buy im sorry but price is moving up faster than anticipated our quoting price isnt 82/83 anymore its 83.5/84.5.....


the big banks who are play with stops they work together in calling a price higher than the other just to drive the price up.... theres no actual demand involved... just them quoting a higher and higher price.... buyers see price rising and rising they want to get in once they manage to get their order filled it reversed against the buyers.... and bankers are now being blamed for collaborating between themselves like cartels....

the Sterling boys got caught but im not surprised the game is still on going.

So it's contained at 12500. Almost looks like US data is gonna be mixed n this thing is gonna break 12600 at that point.

the issue is that private or not... it "didnt cross" the 50 points border on the PMIs thats why the response is not so dramatic... a 49.99 would get it down in a matter of secs even below 1.23 (metaphorically speaking)
