I closed my CJ trades for a heavy loss and bought UJ to make up some Friday - going to hold that sometime longer. I get nervous on J pairs, historically speaking, I should just stop trading them.

Also, closed one EU short and have another short running from 248 with a TP at 241.

Many pairs are approaching new extremes, going to be an interesting week -- cautious about a heavy retrace, which will eventually happen, just a matter of when.

Any plan starts with knowing where we are and where we want to go.

You mentioned where you want to go, but did not share where you are.

For want of this information, we all here in this thread assume that you started with 1 figure account.

Also just one question: Is this 1 figure account Demo or Live?

This is how we could get next target and keep adding shorts.
Gold likes 50% retracements so I will be looking at 1200 figure as the one with the highest odds. November monthly pivot is at 1196 so slightly below the 50% and Weekly pivot is exactly at 38.2% that is 1189, those are fibs drawn from 4 hrs chart.
In terms of downward short term targets, there are many but with Gold one can never let off guard because long retracements can happen anytime. So for now I am sticking with 1143, 1.618 ext of AB=CD weekly chart + WS1 (not ABCD already completed) that could take the form of inner ABCD on 4 hrs chart targeting slightly below at 1137 + MS1. 1102 is another formation target, I am looking at ABCD 1.618 Ext daily chart Lightning Bolt + MS2
After that, 1084 50% Monthly chart and even 914 which is 61.8% same time frame seem possible but will take it step by step. Note negative divergence of MACD on Monthly chart.
