Awww man with that gap up.... We're just 110 pips away from that 114 forecast i made on usdjpy and its barely 1 hour into the new week....
And scary thought.... With the size of boj's QE i dont think this gap would close any time soon, big big fund flows are leaving the jpy...

And my point is this.... Monetary policy isnt an exact science.... Theres just way too many factors to consider in an eceonmy to drive growth, growth does not just come from growth, growth is the resulting effect by the drivers of growth, namely
Consumption
Investment
Government expenses
And
Balance of trade( export - import)

Soo my advise... Let speculators talk the talk
But if you are going to trade, focus on the Fed doing the walk.
Ignore all the bullshit noise bout QE4, wont happen anytime soon, im not saying it wont happen, just not in the next 5-10 years...
We will need another financial meltdown where stock market tanks 50% inorder to trigger fear in markets and fed to restart the printing press

EURUSD
Plan for this week is scalping long for test of pivots Monthly and Weekly and then position Sell.
On the 4 hours chart last retracements were both .707 (1.2840 is .707 Ret of 1.2886 and 1.2769 is .707 of 1.2840 but now pivots are located along with 0.5 and .618 Ret.
Possibility of move to 1.30 still exists but now probability is way lower after taking out 1.2575 .786 Ret and closing below, so now I prefer to look at some of our medium term lower targets.
So if scenario on 4 hrs chart becomes real I will be looking closely at 1.2630, Monthly pivot + 0.5 Ret 4 hrs chart and 1.2660, Weekly pivot + .618 Ret same tf. I can't exclude the move to 1.2687 and that will be .707 Ret again.
On the daily chart we can see what could follow, 1.2382 as 1.27 Ext of BFly Buy + MS1 and 1.618 at 1.2250.
So for the first part of the week we will probably retrace and then into the ECB and NFP will sell again.
Any positions against the trend should therefore be small.

Price is currently at 1.618 Ext Daily chart 113.05 and retracement could start from here, in case we break above the only level of interest is 113.67 and that is Monthly .786 Retrace from 75.00 to 123.00 so not a small thing.

I still dont see rebound on eurusd besides no need to show me ur profits. I can do much better with standard lots
1 of my 1 lot trades already dwarfing ur many trades in standard lots
Ur best trade closed is roughly 40 pips?? Pls....

fundamentals are needed in trading this market, one cannot simply buy because it drops so low, and you cannot sell because it rises so high, and i notice that alot on FF.. technicals must be known also, but in order to truly continuously succeed in forex, YOU MUST KNOW the countries economy of the currency you are trading, and you must know news releases and when they are.
