I see that support as broken - that's what I meant. So I agree. It's a pretty solid landing for the end of a week. This coming week is NFP so I suppose we will range until Friday.

diminishing production.
noncompetitive exports.
and devaluing prices....

if i was draghi, i'd raise the middle finger towards merkel, screw austerity and keep printing money, until you see growth coming back in the economy.

1/4 quarter red, month red,(below 2539) week red, day red. now with mpp at 2632..kinda wickish on both ends.. 2567/76 i have as new untested R. also 2522 2539 2373 are probably the ones that matter.. in the shorter term 2586 is higher then 2567/76, its a normal touch+ before 2448/49 ... larger closes below 2522 are bearish, more bearish after rejection with a high tf close. just like the rejection we just had Friday of 2606 and 2539, but these are on larger scales as was 398x... so touching 2586 or mpp is hard to do

it will be hard to keep dozens of countries on the same page. the euro is not gold or silver. even when gold and silver were the common currency. they had problems that led to wars. modern man still has the dna of the killers and rapist that pillaged us into great countries. its just below the surface.

Yep i used to stay and study in London, graduated in May now im back home in Hong Kong working for a bank,
global banking & markets division.
at an fx flow trading desk for multinationals.
junior fx sales trader.
just doing my job, talking to counter-parties and filling my client's big orders when i see a good quote on the interbank...

im talking bout orders that cannot be handled by our bank's market making algorithm, hmmm say 50 million usd orders would get diverted to me and my team...

Well, the bank i work for is so massive they need sales trader to deal with the sell-side of things like our multinational clients, and also to deal with the traders and counter-party banks, when we receive order from our client, we immediately talk to our dealers upstairs for our bank's price and we start to search on the market for better prices... because bigger orders would get a better price (tier-pricing) we cannot rely on our bloomberg terminal ALLQ to get all the quotes on the streets, we need to talk to our counterparty banks to ask what (benefits) we get for an order say the size of 50 million USD.

i've only graduated in may and im already quite satisfied with the job i have...
i get paid a base salary and at end of year if our team gets a bonus varying 3-6 months of base salary, guaranteed 6 months if we meet our annual target.

now whether if i want ot be a proprietary trader, or in the bank we call them traders/dealers upstairs in the treasury.... that will depend if i want to be constantly under stress looking for ways to minimise the banks' risks when a client of ours place a 50 million usd order to buy GBP, we need to find ways to make sure our risk is in check... say if a client wants to buy 50 million usd worth of GBP thorugh our bank it means our bank will sell the GBP for the 50 million USD, but if our bank doesnt like the fundamentals with USD, we have to find ways to hedge the Dollar risk exposure either through options or through buying other currencies we like with the 50million usd we receive....
