who says it has to go back to the triangle??
its heading to test the broken uptrend. if rejected we make our next leg down potentially to 1.2500 lows...
anyways gota head to bed. early day tomorrow.... TGIF thank god its last day of the week... im hoping the mults i deal with will atleast give me a break tomorrow....

Yep, spike above but a close back below would give you an initial hint if its a rejection... if it is next candle should be a bearish candle to confirm next move down
that is if we get back up there... EURUSD is pretty darn heavy...
with ECB just announcing they will begin ABS purchasing (the Europe Version of US QE) in November, so expect further easing from Euro...

stop fear mongering. besides fundamentals are not there to support a move back up to 1.3....

ECB just announced ABS purchasing for the month of november ie... Euro QE... so more easing of euro.
while FED just turned hawkish on market and likely rate hike in mid 2015.

Hi, I believe your statement of the ecb purchasing ABS = QE like the fed is not really correct.. As far as I know the full blown QE program legality is still being challenged in the German courts..

Could anyone one with better knowledge shed some light on this?

Yes.

Initial selling spike on NEWS time was generated by algos that pushed against upward volume from 1.25 levels knowingly and cashed there. So now part of large bids are cleared and sellers have chance to short higher instead of pushing downward slowly.

But if price goes more than 100 pips from low and closes hourly or larger there, it may be a good idea to re-figure whats going on.

I doubt that move though. Tomorrow will be maybe volatile into monthly close.

1 min movement says it's not consolidation but possible reversal. Still too early to confirm because it's still in the middle of bear channel.

No currency need any fundamental reason to move.. If it wants to go to 1.30 it coulda then fall as if nothing happened.
