One crazy month is more than I can handle.
I don't know what November will bring, but looking at the Daily ATR over 100 days, I see that increasing. I LIKE that! so I can trade both EURUSD and GBPUSD on H1 intraday.
November, is when most big corporation already know what their first 3 quarters performance is like and that will have some impact on the markets. Also the big economy will know their 3Q. GDP, so I am prepare around the news and data release dates.
Preservation of trading capital is top priority at year end and we should not return too much to the market.
Let Profits Run and also know when to Grab and Run!
Simply place the ATR available in your trading platform and set that to 100 on Day chart. That will give you a rough idea what the range is like.

GBPJPY 28 Oct H1 trade.
Just after Kuroda speech, this GJ pullback from 174.00 and the next candle closed lower. A valid 3-bar bearish pattern aka PCRF.
Now Tokyo having its sushi time and we shall see what the Asian traders will do between then till London open. Too many hours till LO, many hands get itchy.
Look at PA when LO, then perhaps we get a buy setup above today' open.

Big E would frequently refer to the sharpness of the hook, and steepness of the movement
