for more information about what happened.... it seems that 10 banks negotiating with ECB thus leaving 15 less than 17 (as it was originally announced) "off the grid)

Bloomberg news has apparently been shown a draft document that showed 25 banks "failing" the Comprehensive Assessment, with 105 banks passing. I can only surmise that this is based on banks' balance sheet levels at the end of 2013 as this is a two-step process. Those EU banks who failed have had until the end of September to raise additional capital, with only 10 banks apparently negotiating with the ECB due to continued capital shortfalls, according to this same source/document....

I agree - I was being sarcastic - it's madness that this information comes out and the Euro strengthens.

the issue is that i dont see it going back to the "previous" levels before the new homes us reports... and its going to be difficult to break resistance then at 1.261 level (if it manages to get there) in case results are indeed bearish

Ah! From Bloomberg:

Note: the outcome is fluid and somehow still pending negotiation, some 48 hours before the announcement. How that makes the test any more credible is beyond our meager comprehension skills. More importantly, as we noted earlier, stress test failures means more ECB bailouts. Which is, of course, bullish.

The way I see it we have 2652 and 2703 as magnets and by the way the body of the candles shapes looks like it wants to kiss 2703; after that it seems that 2717 is the next target.
Why sell the bottoms when you can buy the tops...

Yes, on Fridays, I am seeing roughly four hours in London and three in NY session with greater than 50 win rate and positive risk reward on breaks of hilo for EU. Need to look at the close though.
