It is an or/or situation - whatever exit criteria you select is not dependent on any of the others you have also selected

Do learn try all possible exits also entres. It is best way TO REMEMBER and learn. Do you want to know answers, then do it!

Hi, I want to ask. Why or how can I create a basket of currency pairs that are reversed. It would be very good if it could be done. It is a shame to use it. We could assemble a basket of multiple pairs including reverse! Please try to find a way to turn the chart for a better basket.

re seller9 I need ideas etc....for advanced EA Work etc......I think a (single symbol trade reverse option on the dashboard (maybe beside each basket symbol would be fantastic)ps I know we can reverse a trade in the entry etc etc. but for longer term trading it would be great for a one click( for each symbol) reverse trade(when in a basket trade )I have the option for one click reverse in my synergy trade manager but when that happens it drops out of the basket EA trades..within the EA.)......for a long term basket trade you really need to reverse certain symbols at certain times to maximize the return and reduce volatility..etc......the greatest criteria for a good trader is how much volatility you generate in order to obtain your gains.... ie ytd 1.5% volatility is a good measure etc. if your gain is 12% etc etc....anyway just an idea..great thanks to all contributors in the first 300.

Hi there,

If you had bothered to take the time to read abit more on this thread or watch the videos on the YouTube channel on page on of this thread, you would have seen that you can reverse up to 14 pairs I think with this EA, put in some effort to get all the information you require. It is all on this thread.

i watched the videos again and there are no limit orders such as those where i would place a pending buy order below market price or a pending sell order above market price. the only options in bt14 are breakout style buy or sell stops

I am really thinking about using the X02 color change to enter instead of the X01.
Anybody else find that 6600 creates too many false signals?

Just use the PO order (one line only, erase one) and reverse the pairs in the EA, that way when it triggers a pending Buy order ( which is a pending sell order) it will place short trades, this way the PO buy line will trigger short trades when hit.

Hi Seller,

hmmm, never thought of doing it that way you just mentioned Seller. Would use it that way too. If in case you can create a button for that option, would have been better though. Is it not possible to copy a code from T101 EA that has that option in to your EA? I am not such a coder but I just wondered if that would help, anyway, we will use those limits order as you mentioned for now. Erase one of the lines BO or PO lines and reverse the pairs, job done!!

I think seller9 was referring to build 735 of the MT4 platform and not a new version of the Basket Trading EA.

could limit orders be added to future versions maybe? also, i just noticed whether the robot is stopped or not there is an endless loop running in the journal and i tried everything i could to disable all of these indis since i trade manually. can someone verify how to fix this? also, it is the first time seeing the 'file basket--- not found' alert yet the basket is loaded and updating(?)
