It has broken 1.2850/70 area in low liquidity time. Markets are mostly closed for the next 24 hours. Normally, it gets back to previous close or near thereto when markets resume. I think it should go back at least to the level that it has broken in surprise.

I am short on Usd/JPY for 1,000 pips, but this short is just an scalp for few pips. These both trades are not inter-related.

Today EU may not go above 2720 and UJ may not go below 107.

I am waiting another

  1. EU drop to add my longs
  2. UJ drop to add my longs

By the way, my 1.28xx long is still under water

Never trust this market. One should get out very quickly if an scalp goes wrong or takes much time. Find i easier to bank or lose 10/20 pips when market is moving 50/100 pips in minutes but consider even 5 pip scalps very risky when market is not moving. A long scalp at the level broken few hours ago may compensate for the missed opportunity. Waiting for London open

ps. Will go long on next jolt down. I think it went up soon after opening because buying is expected during London Session. But London is no fool, they will want better price, therefore, will keep my sls wide.

Entered first long scalp, second will be 15 pips down, and the last will be near 2631. If it goes below 1.2620 will get out.

EURUSD fell during the course of the day on Friday, continuing the bearish pressure that we have seen for quite some time. The market tested the 1.26 level and found enough support. However, the market technically is bearish overall but is holding above the 10-day moving average so expect short term bullish correction to continue.

2650 is daily pivot. Previous London close was 2636. 2643 is mid for 2710. If london goes below 2643 then it may be range game for rest of the day. Good for scalpers.
