Due to lack of volatility in currency pairs compared to the time when this thread was originally written, some members have switched to trading lower timeframe, I tried too but without much successso I tried to go back to the basics of the original rules to know what I have been doing wrong: To give good signal the market need to be trending strongly (no small heikenashi candles!). Identify and avoid rangin market before getting stuck in it (hardest part). Avoid trading against the trend (hard to know with currency specially under influence...
I have set up testing scenarios:
S#1: Using only TDI crosses;
S#2: TDI crosses+S/R;
S#3: TDI crosses+S/R+quality of signal HH bar;
S#4: TDI crosses+S/R+quality of signal HH bar+quality of previous reversal;
S#5: TDI crosses+S/R+quality of signal HH bar+quality of previous reversal+look for trending markets only;
S#6: TDI crosses+S/R+quality of signal HH bar+quality of previous reversal+look for trending markets only+Stoch;
S#7: TDI crosses+S/R+quality of signal HH bar+quality of previous reversal+look for trending markets only+Stoch+MTF confirmation (on H1, D1 even W1 & MN1?);
** TDI and Stoch checks need to be broken into sub-scenarios whether we only check the direction or whether we also check OB/OS;
** S#7 also needs to be broken into sub-scenarios where we check for different MTF confirmation items.
I will be testing all day today and over the weekend and I will post results and examples when I'm done.
I hope to get the attention of the "gurus" here to find any errors and inconsistencies in my analysis.
By the way got the H1 GU short trade - about +30.

With sign of USD strength today, I am closing another portion of my trades. Not giving back too much to the market.
Remain 2 positions are at BE, so I wait till NYO and decide. Not keeping anything open over the weekend.

Took one trade today. Was busy and missed early GBP/USD move. So took GBP/JPY trade after price broke support line and TDI gave a nice cross under MBL and 50. Set 35 pips TP (decided not to be greedy on friday) and it was hit very quickly while i was not near computer. Maybe, if i was watching this trade, i would move my TP little bit lower. But that's ok, this week was very nice for me and i can honestly say that TMS is the best system i have ever used. But there are still a lot of things to learn and a lot of tools to master.
