i am expecting the eurusd going down back to the 1.2500 if it did not break throw the 1.2750 .

Hello All,

I seriously need someone's help. I had a couple short trades that were heavily in the red, and thought that the pair would go down after the FOMC minutes were released. Well it went up so I opened up a couple of trades in the opposite direction to hedge my trades. I couldn't close them as it had already taken up 95% of my account and I didn't want to lose everything. Now I am unsure what to do, I'm looking for a safe method to get out of this once the pair starts going down. Is there any way out of this? This money is everything I have. I would be forever indebted to anyone who can help me get back as close to even as possible, so I can get out and get as far away from forex trading as possible....

watch for the top of the hour close. if 1.2732 or lower it is still bearish. 1.2759 defended earlier.

Honestly, if you are already so deep in s*** close the trades and save your last 5%. You canīt trade with so little money left.

Is there no way I can use the profit from the long trades to create "breathing room" for the shorts and then wait for them to go down?

Reduce your size, make sure to keep a weighted hedge to short side as we are still going much lower. Nothing has changed for EURUSD, okay so we got a little correction. big deal! Stay on the trend, this is going to be a big one. ALL the retail buying trying to buy today. We wont see 1.3 for at least another year.

Next time dont have such an ego and take a loss. It hurts at first but look where you are now. That hurts much more than one tiny little prick at the onset. You are going down a very painful path of learning FX and the exact reason WHY you need a plan, and rules.

i dont want to give false hope. 2739x ish may give some relief. after that 2766.x ish my next add.. pull out a week chart. then look to the left this year

Hi all

Here is my first post... and my forecast for next 2 weeks:

1.2960/80 with a peak on 19-20 Octomber (in less than 2 weeks).

And a 50-60 pips retrace in the next 8 hours...

Let's wait and see if I am even close...What do you guys think about this?

Hi DrGuap,

if only 5% is left (free margin), the account is literally lost. You can now only close very little of your either long or short position for profit taking of the winning position.

Only hope would be to refund the account and wait for a relatively clear situation to close either the long or the short.

Fed doesnt want much strong dollar as well as I understand. So it s kaos again.

I opened big short position at 2728 and closed it around same levels later. Then I closed the bloody MT.

I wanted to read fomc meeting notes but its so so long.No way. All I understood is nothing changed!
Its not an advice and sorry for grammar.
