I know how unrealistic it sounds...but just trying to think ahead a little...because if we bounce from here, retail will keep adding to shorts every 50 pips or so...the ratio is almost 50/50 longs/shorts...as we go up, shorts will increase...and then there is no reason to stop, until retail will lose.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

euro will close above 2540 atleast.

boss he has a plan in place and catalyst for the euro rise will not come from draghi but from japanese who have already started feeling the pressure of a weak yen. draghi will face opposition in any new QE he does. Germans are already upset with his plan on thursday

Im a bit shocked that anyone would hold a bull in this market for any more than a 10-15 pip move. fundamentally this pair is going down. The Euro has almost no good indicators of healthy economics and the USD just keeps posting good numbers (fake or not). I'm staying short on this pair till it bottoms out. The ECB wants the euro to be low and they've got to go down before they can move up. I'd be shocked to see 2800 in the next month. Even as a newer trader, I can see the divergence of a growing US economy and the recession happening in Europe.

DO you really think we could see a new 1.3220 scenario? That would be even more bearish.. geeee.. now i'm really starting to rethink my strategy

There could be a correction of 50-80 pips before further downside.
Buy at the Low, Sell at the High You make money by waiting not by trading.

Why do you think that's such a horrible idea? its not blind trading.

Holding a short on Eur/usd is not gambling, just smart trading since this has almost certainly not found the bottom yet. A gap down would be a win no gap would more than likely be a win eventually next week A gap up would almost certainly close fairly quickly (as most gaps tend to do) So the question is, do you want to miss out on a potential 20 pip gap at open next week

I also tend to hold trades for a couple days so a gap up is no big deal...as long as it closes. But I don't really know much because im still fairly new. ive been at this for six months and I feel like Im sort of starting to get it.

I really appreciate all the comments and input I read on here from all of you. what a great place to learn more

there has been a strong downtrend here. we can all see that, but even with the fed rate hike story any price level below 1.25 is bargain at least until next year.

Everything remains the same, until I see reversal patterns or reversal candles (major tfs) my bias is short and next target not so far now.

...i am shorting blindly since a while ago, cashing easy money... ...and we have some more shorts episodes coming -> the new trilogy with terminator the judgment day 5..... no rest for the mashine killing longs!

i agree from here..
but we don't have a reason to go to 1.3250 since NFP in green
we might to see a retrace but not far
and we'll see that as an opportunity to short..
