The pair confirmed a strong closing above the top of the previous session while however still remaining interior the inside day with 1,2715 – 1,2560 still the levels to follow in the coming hours. Only a daily closing above 1,2715 will support further s/t strength!! The indicators of the daily chart are still negative but those of the s/t charts are still above the line this morning supporting further consolidation/ correction. While above 1,2615 on an hourly closing we expect the correction to continue toward the 200 hours line, now found at 1,2715 with even a possible overshooting!! We stay long for now. Resistance: 1.2700, 1.2765 Support: 1.2615, 1.2570

Is it hard for you to decide which zoom to use on your charts or whats the deal here buddy?
Well i have a feeling its going to turn upwards. Maybe i base this on the 1.25875 ish area PA. Its not like im buying, its just that im not that sure i want to sell.

With your lines there might mean to say something akin to my "feeling".
On average, based on recent data, it turns aobut once every 2-3 months. Probability theory dont really tell us when its going to turn though: The chance of it happening do not increase with time. But maybe the funny mentals tells us somethings gotta give as a bottom.

The 1.25875 ish area sure looks pretty tough, or in other words: A lot of longs there. But i switch my words to the charts, since they are more comfortable there.





So keep in mind W1 isnt normally my thing, but im trying to get a grip on my feeling it might turn right around this 1.265 - 1.24. Even if it dont really turn maybe we see 1.28 or 1.29 something like that before we go south of 1.24 area.

What i mean by "thin ice" is that im not used to thinking W1 wise. Though the situation seem to put me in a place where i need to think like that. Not because i have open positions, which i dont, but i would not want to open any thats going to put me back 300 pip in three days or so.

So my sketchy plan of action i think is that if it bouncese off of 1.25875 area, i wont be selling because we might be loaded with A LOT of longs. At least i will have a GOOD hard look at H1 and shorter timeframe PA to try to decide if that is correct or not BEFORE i enter any shorts. I mean: if there are A LOT of longs at around 1.25875 area, thats might well give us a 75 pip M5 candle or some such if we get to 1.255 area for instance. Thats a pretty good indication we are going north without much pause if that is the case.

But still: It would seem like it needs to slow down and create a bottom for lets say 3 weeks before we go north. Just look at the areas i indicated. To me that seems more likely then a slight touch and a fast north move.

Moving on i cant really figure out why this should be an important level, but im guessing its got something with import/export balance and some weird ideas of the ECB and the FED. Im sure if thats the case it has something to do with things i would rather not concentrate so much on, but rather just know to stay away from.
