Wow, what the hell is going on lately...... My targets seem realistic at the time of setting the trade, yet none of them are reached despite trades going well into profit.

Hi,

After great help of TheScorpS, other seniors of course and all members posting in this thread, I was reading the pdf books from the thread (Phx62 ) on my own comfortable pace and time. Every minute that goes by with either reading or backtesting, my 'aha-meter' and information meter are reaching more and more extreme levels of awesomeness! This week is my first week after my new self study routine, which I will continue every single day.
Yesterday safe start of the week with minimal TP levels. EU +15 pips and UJ +20 pips.

Today a new LO and a awesome trade, which I believe was correct.
EU +70 pips

Looking forward to hear from y'all if it is correct or where I can learn some more.

Your trade is what TMS is all about, correct setup candle and correct timings, you cant ask for more, just follow what you are doing, you are starting very well and hope you can keep improving, even if things goes in the other direction after times , keep a log of these 3 trades printed in front of your PC to reminds to stay with the strategy and one day you gonna take all the pips that are enough for your liking

it's beautiful! welcome and well done BallijnForex. I have not done such amount of green pips in 1 single trade. What I like most from your trade was that blue pinbar and angle of TDI and of course +70 green pips movement.

First, thanks for the support, TheScorpS & likica, much appreciated!

Second, looking at the triangle, I agree with you to wait for the first red candle to close. But even more important I think, is that the entry must be suspended until the second red candle breaks trough the bottom of the first red candle. After that, it's an confirmed entry by TMS rules.

I drew the triangle at 4th sept 2014 in screenshot attached. Do you see the similarities? At this point I would have taken the entry point at first red candle, TDI has crossed and bottom from Asian is broken with that first red candle. Small SL and TP at 50 but after PA rallied down you could have moved it to more pips if you would.

Am I making any sense or >.< haha, i'm still new to all this awesome analysis steps.

Need to check that taking the break of the low is the correct timings of the trade, at least more testing is needed, Dee 50 took that trade on the break of the low of the previous 2 candles, so 3 scenario that goes in the same conclusion, consercutive( I wonder how to write it ) or aggressive, you need to have a tested plan and follow it each and every time

Thanks Pips, different to the indicator cchersia posted some hours ago, anycandle by sunbrella, who is elsewhere in this site, (name into site's search box will bring him out of hiding ). I'll learn them both.
Someone referred to phx's pdf also a while ago, Well done with your first trades fella. Leaves me thinking me better go through it myself properly, I seem to be better at scalping than finding these TMS trades. Last one I tried 3 weeks ago I lost big time. Nearly back in profit again though through scalping (76% hit rate on new trade explorer), just taken a while is all

Phew... this is stressful. Anyway, I took a short at retracement and managed to bag 33pips, for today.

Guess... thanks to the EA Big move and NY.

Overally, another success day. 33+10-1, still nice greenish 42pips.
