i am loss in pair usd jpy, may be jpy can stronger.

I decided to go long on the eur/jpy, if 139.60 would hold, price may go up to 142 level, let's see.

The pair confirmed a mixed closing but again recovering above the 200 days line at 139,77 after a test of the 139,30 area where the 200 hours line momentarily stopped the decline, also this morning. The indicators of the daily chart are still well positive, still overbought and showing potential negative reversals. The indicators of the s/t charts are instead still below the line for now suggesting further consolidation/ correction. Only an hourly closing below 139,25 will support a deeper correction suggesting a 138,50 undershooting! Only a move above 140,25 will resume the move up confirming a positive reversal suggesting a s/t target at 142,23. Good analysis, the Euro found support above 139.00 against Yen after failure to sustain above 140.25.

i am short for this pair, all ema indicating downtrend.

After breaking below an ascending trend-line support, EURJPY fall to 138.50 seems imminent. Waiting for a break below 139.00 round figure mark for an immediate downfall towards 138.50 and further towards 138.00

We had some correction movement today testing 138.50 area, I closed my short position today and waiting for Japan CPI tomorrow morning.

The correction may end either at 137.850 or ~137.300. Let see how volumes react at these levels.

137.850 will be a strong level imo. 61.8% retracement level.

I like those levels, and I agree with your analysis

however, this pair is probably one of the worst ways to play a weakness in the yens...

you got two central banks, both hell bent on devaluing their currencies (ECB/BOJ)... against the USD, both the EUR and JPY will fall to new lows

therefore, there really is no good reason to trade this pair in any direction...

just my two cents...

I would love to see a double bottom on that pair at 138.00.
