It does make more sense one over the other, however I'd rather think that all trades carry equal probability which means that I always have to keep MM in check.
As Gold approaches it's cost of production it's worth thinking about that saying.

Since we have a FOMC week, the market mostly creates a range until then, 50-100 pips and then breaks out in one direction. I'm expecting 2920-3020 to hold until then.

Maybe I decide to go for 1.3450/1.3500 with sl at 1.2800 or few pips below.
