AUDUSD

Pa close to Monthly S 2 + 38% Retracement Weekly at 0.9187, Weekly S3 stands at 0.9154.
I will be watching whether we break that fib level or any reversal candles from here.

EURUSD Monthly chart

Technically and even fundamentally could happen.
First barrier 1.2787 then 1.2190 minor 61.8 extension
Best R:R entries short around 1.3220-50 area.
Then:
1.3130
1.3000
1.2930
This is just an exercise of harmonic swings that could work on any timeframe.

If it take out 3150 don't expect much before November

Well if 1.2860 is the low, Fibonnacci says 1.3180 (38.2%) then 1.3280 (50%), but if we get a reversal (ABS purchases cancelled or us economy crashing again) it can go test 1.3700 then 1.40000

ECB planned QE long ago. You want them to cancel once the market paid for it?

Everytime EU goes 50 pips up since the big dive started, people talk about a reversal. Its so funny.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

ABS market is very tiny, it might not be possible technically to do big purchases there hence a possible cancel. There is still TLTRO but balance sheet extension will reverse over time when banks pay back the money.

I said it would be a reversal if we get some big change in news, but it can still go to 1.3280, 50% retracements are not rare.

News don't change trend, big players do. There is no point to turn this around while all retail is long from 1.33+. This bull is testing the trendline which was broken on the way to 1.21, if it fails, the fall will continue and will burn a lot of people.
