9775 seems to become a resistance area and 9756 a support area. Waiting till price gets out of that zone.

Sorry bro.. it is just an abbreviation for the GBP/JPY pair --> short form GJ

good morning

bought again a tranche of short dax etf @9770. will sell this at 9570, next buy order is at 9970. in my point of view, dax is overvalued and overbought. now i´m waiting for xetra-opening

You might find it useful to go to babypips . com and go to their school - it answers many questions a good number of which are applicable to the DAX.....

congratulations. yes, pound got slaughtered because of scottish referendum fears. would make me laugh if we will see another poll, showing "no" is leading. tried to short it last night but got out at be.

The tool I am using shows me that the pivot of Dax is 9755.
I wish you are right and Dax falls for a while, but as long as price stays in this range of 9775 - 9750 we will have a booooring Monday I guess.

Today no red news either...

thanks. but this strategy is not based on technical reasons and runs on a different time-frame (weeks/months).

I have already a GJ trade.. yesterday night I moved my SL to 170.34.. no risk.. (+152 pips already guaranteed)

+-9740 has become the new support line. IMO, as long as we stay above it the trend is up.

While you think the DAX is overvalued and overbought you are going to wait for this to go to 9,970 and then buy again??
Remember the last time the SPX was at 2000 DAX climbed over 10,000

every +200 dax-points i will buy short dax etf. every -200 dax-points i will sell (last in first out) - no matter which level s&p/dow etc. will be at that point in time. made more than 1000 dax-points with that strategy on the drop this summer. i don´t have a crystal ball, so i can´t say at which point in time dax will be at which level. but i see many reasons for falling stock indices (mean-reversion of shiller-p/e, tobin´s q, stock market capitalization/gdp etc.) and i´m willing to buy and sell anti-cyclical.
