I would go with 3050 before 2850 ,and my advice , don't risk your weekly gains on a friday's NFP .

Geez, you are utterly crazy to short eur/usd at this bargain buying price, keep in mind reversion to the mean which is 1.35 for this pair and also keep in mind that structurally the EU is in better Shape than the US, ive been adding longs since 1.32, added more longs yesterday , going to take profit at 1.33, no stop loss, just not crazy high leverage, so I can handle enough drawdown without stressing to much, altogether Im long eur/usd 1.9 lotsize.

Hey guys for whoever is interested... this is my eval on how and when you should consider going counter trend. I took this long on the EU. This is conservative trading and gives you a higher probability of success rather than simply relying on fibo or pivots.
The more evidence of a turn the better.

Evidence For this trade.

1) We had a slightly higher low
2) Had a double bottom on the Midrange timeframe level.
3) Great entry pattern on the entry chart (M5 to M30) followed by a continuation pattern... which I took.
4) Made a HH on the midrange which provides fuel for a future long
5) Stayed 1-1 risk reward ratio because we are going counter trend.
6) Next trade to look for a pullback buy.

Negatives:
1) daily candle bearish and broke support
2) Strong down trend

cable is moving south via GU and GJ

the double top @ H4-R1 level on EU starting to suggest in may not get to 297x
I will place a pending short just below that last H4 open @ 2953 in case

i think next traget is 1.27664 on NFP and next week start uptrend but maximum goes 1.33982

Well, yesterday's drop was very dramatic to watch. I had my suspicions but I didn't expect it'd fall this much. I think it's headed for 1.2700 now but we might see some correction on the way.
