Disliked{quote} i did empirical capital market research for several years. the result is what i call an event-driven volatility breakout system. generally, every important available information is included in the market at a given point in time (t-1). when there is a new information in the next period (t=0), markets (X) try to valuate this information (Xt-1 < Xt=0 -> long and vice versa). interest rate decisions are the main important information in fx-markets (in the short term), so if there is an unexpected news (f.e. interest rate cut) and the market...Ignored
