im 25 and used to work industrial work for 4 years and now am a full time economics undergrad student so missing out on that 400 pips on a 500,000 position long on yen was 20,000$ which was massive for me

yeah, i have a TP at a certain point before a major resistance, time and time again, i take profit and it continues up.. thats when greed factor kicks in, forcing you to enter trades without using good judgement. Couple thousand is good, profit is profit, and theres always a chance to reload on dips, the market will give you opportunities day in and day out ...

Still on the up and up. Go you good thing! Stop raised to new 2 candle low because yest was new high. Currently at +620pips since 12/8 with guaranteed +330pips locked in with stop. I will probably flip to the 4H charts today to look for a place to enter long again and add a 4th position.

Also those looking to get in, go down to a smaller chart and look for a pullback. Even looking back over the this current uptrend you can see 3 large candles and the other 2 resulted in a pullback and some consolidation so wait for similar to get in.

By the looks at it.. dollar yen may continue to go up... hopefully will reach @106 keeping a close watch on this...

going parabolic still, 24 hrs gain of over 100 pips.

needsa rest soon. up 4% from the low of the last month.

It seems dollar yen might end up as a "high wave candle" for today... tag of war by bulls and the bears... market kinda confuse where to go today.. just watching at the sideline as of the moment, let see how later today.
